General Sales Conditions


Geasar S.p.A. manages the online sales processes of Club Lounge, Fast Track and Parking Facilities at Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.
The management of the Parking System was entrusted by Geasar S.p.A. to the subsidiary Cortesa S.r.l.
In this section you will find the terms of purchase on how to buy, how to pay, security and in general all the information that is useful to customers, whether they are individuals or companies.
Geasar S.p.A. and its subsidiary Cortesa S.r.l. they reserve the right to change the present conditions at any time so customers are encouraged to read them before each purchase.

How to buy

For each purchase, you must complete the required application forms, including all mandatory information marked in red.
Before the purchase you need to take a look and accept the conditions.
Payments can be made by credit card (VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard/Maestro, American Express, Diners Club), PayPal (which includes VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Postepay and Aura Card).


The online payments are concomitant with the end of the order transaction and in secure mode, ensuring absolute privacy on credit card information that can not be viewed by other users.

To complete the purchase it is not compulsory to fill the registration form.
An email, sent to the address indicated in the application form, will communicate the purchase outcome and order details.

The parking ticket / voucher may be withdrawn, before or after the flight, at the box sites in the central parking lot (P1) in front of the passenger air terminal.

Refunds and Replacements

Refunds and/or replacements are not allowed.

VAT and currency

All prices are expressed in Euro and are inclusive of VAT (if applicable).
Geasar S.p.A and its subsidiary Cortesa S.r.l. aill apply the VAT rates provided by the applicable law at the time of purchase.

Tax Documentation

Geasar S.p.A. and Cortesa S.r.l., upon request, will issue an invoice to the natural or legal person indicated in the order form.


1. When is the order to be considered forwarded and concluded?

The forwarding of the order coincides with the message that indicates the transaction (credit card). The customer also receives a notification email with the summary of the order made.

2. How can I get a written receipt of my order?

All customers receive the order summary at the email address specified when completing the purchase form. For those who request it, the purchase invoice is expected.

3. How is my privacy protected?

4. Are my online payments safe?

Payments are secure, thanks to the SSL protocol, one of the most reliable secure methods on the Internet. All data entered on the bank gateway of Banca di Sassari S.p.A. and on PayPal are protected and encrypted during their processing.
