It is located near the check-in counters, is a retail store that is mainly around the freshly crafted pasta workshop, hand-crafted. The genuineness, the authenticity of the old Sardinian recipes and the esteem of our chefs give rise to a unique experience. The laboratory and the kitchen are on display and you can approach them to observe the processing of some of the most representative pasta in Sardinia, a well articulated organization that retraces the rhythms of the once "made and eaten" home, so that the tourist you can follow all the process of preparing your plate, an ideal place to be able to extend your holiday before the end of your stay on our island, discovering the pleasure of tasting specialties and ancient flavors accompanied by a chalice of wine to choose from the most important wineries in the area. The variations range from classic pasta, gnocchetti, ricotta or cheese ravioli, to maccarrones de busa, or to delight with the fragrance of panadas of meat and vegetables to finish with the Sardinian dried desserts and the seadas.
The choice is complete with salads, cheesecakes and local cheeses, chef's day's meals and can be ended with fresh fruit and handmade sweets.
