The selection is conducted by the Human Resources Department, in collaboration with the business line managers involved in the research.
The selection process for the operating personnel involves the following steps:
- logical and attitudinal tests and knowledge of foreign languages
- group dynamics
- individual interview
Commercial - retail (sales agent)
Requirements: High-School Diploma; Sales experience working; Knowledge of regional and national typical agri-food products; English language knowledge; Good predisposition to contact with the public; Willing to work on shifts.
commercial - food & beverage (Kitchen, restaurant, bar, multifunctional operator)
Requirements: English language knowledge; Good predisposition to contact with the public; Willing to work on shifts; Even short experiences in the field are preferential, but profiles at their first work experience will also be evaluated.
Handling - Ramp (loader, driver)
Requirements: High-school Diploma; Driver Licenses (C and D), willing to work on shifts.
Handling - Terminal (Check-in and boarding, ramp, weight&balance)
Requirements: degree / high-school diploma; Good knowledge of English and possibly also other languages; Good predisposition to public contact and good interpersonal skills; Willing to work on shifts.
For staff figures, the degree is considered a necessary requirement. The preferred starting channel is the Stage, normally lasting for at least six months.
